I received the attunement at 11.30 am today. First, I felt my lips were smiling, and then there was a great feeling of warmth expanding from the belly to the feet and remaining during the whole process. Still now, my feet feel real good and warm. The energy seemed to work on my thighs, a region of my body where usually energy doesn't flow very well. Besides that, I realized an augmentation of saliva flow, and there were some noises in the stomach and the belly. Not forgetting the fact that the tinnitus I heard when lying down disappeared during the attunement. But all these words can't describe the wonderful feeling of peace and serenity that entered into my being and stayed all day long. Having lunch, I found that my food tasted better than before. My meditation this afternoon was extraordinarily intense and much longer than ususal. Dear Ole, I want to express my gratitude for this beautiful experience. Surely I'll be asking for other attunements soon.
